Information you provide

If you use the contact form, it sends your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry type, and message to SkillSpring so we can respond. If you email us, we use the details in your message for the same purpose. Please do not include sensitive financial information or personal details about a child.

How it is handled

The website does not maintain an internal database of contact submissions. Messages sent through the form are processed by SkillSpring’s email provider; messages sent by email are processed by the email providers used to send and receive them.

Spam protection

The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and a best-effort request limit. The rate limit is temporary and held in the running server process; it is not a persistent contact database.

Children’s information

The contact form is intended for adults and organizations contacting SkillSpring. Do not use it to submit personal information about a child. Workshop photos or stories should only be published with appropriate permission.
